Zip is a leading global Buy Now, Pay Later service provider that allows you to spread the cost of your purchases into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks for purchases at participating merchants with your Singtel Dash account.
Zip is available in-store and online at a range of your favourite stores across Singapore. Click here to see where you can shop - make sure you check regularly as the list is always growing.
As long as you're above 18 years old and an existing Singtel Dash user with a valid
Singapore-registered mobile number, you will be able to sign up for a Zip account and use Zip for
your payments.
Do note that you will be subject to a soft credit check, and for existing Zip users - your Zip
payment history will also be taken into consideration. To ensure that you have continuous access to
the Zip payment service, maintain a good credit history by shopping responsibly and make timely
payments.
Launch your Dash app > Tap on Pay Later > Create your Zip account. Zip will verify
your Dash-registered mobile number and eligibility instantly.
Check out with Zip at your favourite e-Commerce stores or scan the Zip QR code in-store with your
Dash app to split your purchases into 4 interest-free payments.
Zip payments are eligible for Dash rewards as well. Your Dash reward points will be credited to your
account the next day after each successful payment and repayment.
Your first payment is done immediately at the point of purchase. The subsequent 3 installments will
be automatically deducted from your Singtel Dash account every two weeks. Tap on Pay Later in your
Singtel Dash app to view your payment details.
*A fee of S$6 may be incurred if you miss a repayment. A reminder will be sent at least one day before each repayment is due to ensure you have sufficient funds in
your Dash wallet.
You may submit your payment date change request via the Singtel Dash app > tap Pay Later for
Zip to review your request.
Please note that your request must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the payment due date for
Zip to be able to consider the request. Any requests made within a 48-hor period will not be
approved.
Your spending limit is the maximum amount of credit Zip offers you at the time of your purchase. It's unique to you, and dependent on:
- The cost of your purchase
- Your user tenure with Zip
- Number of repayments
- Where you shop
- Your credit check
Your spending limit may increase or decrease - based on the above factors and whether you make your Zip repayments on time.
